About Me

Counselling, Psychotherapy and Supervision

I offer a safe, supportive, non-judgemental and confidential space in which you, as a client, can explore, express and reflect on any emotional and relationship problems you might be having.

I do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach, and provide counselling and psychotherapy to reflect this by personally tailoring treatment and sessions to meet your individual or couple needs.

Experience, training and qualifications

I have worked as a therapist in a variety of settings including schools, counselling services, and within community mental health projects where I manage a project and facilitate groups within rural communities for adults experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues in West Kent. I have experience of working with a wide range of diagnoses and issues, such as anxiety; depression, loss and grief; personality disorders; family conflict; life changes and transitions; low self-esteem; emotional, physical and sexual abuse; suicidal feelings and self-harm; problem solving; relationship difficulties, separation and divorce.

I am a professionally, qualified and experienced counsellor and supervisor with additional psychotherapy training, a member of the ITA (Institute of Transactional Analysis) and an Accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
